DF331SD-360 | Steering axle

DF331SD-360 is a high-performance steer-drive axle of the F3.3SD platform, adopting a punch-welded axle housing structure, with a rated load of 3300kg (series leading).
It is equipped with an air brake braking system as standard (exclusive specification φ400×110), wheelbase supports 2252.5-2359mm ultra-wide adjustment, and the rim mounting distance of 1876-1956mm is precisely laid out;
The center distance of the main pin is fixed at 1590mm to strengthen the steering rigidity.
The maximum output torque is 15,000N-m (36% increase), the speed ratio is 4.86-5.83 efficiently matched with 8.25-20 rims and 12.5R20 heavy-duty tires, wheel bolts 10-M20×1.5, and the steering angle of the inner wheel is up to 36°, which meets the demand of complex working conditions of medium- and heavy-duty construction vehicles.

Heavy Load Braking: Standard equipped with large air brake calipers (F2.7SD caliper specification Ø420×80, F3.3SD is Ø400×110), ensuring efficient and stable braking, with optional ABS and automatic brake gap adjusters.
Structure Reinforcement: Utilizes flange-forged I-beam technology, with load-bearing capacity covering 2.7 to 3.3 tons; adjustable wheelbase (F2.7SD wheelbase 1661-1945mm), suitable for various vehicle layouts.
Maintenance Convenience: Forced lubrication design requires the application of No. 2 lithium grease every 2000km, with long-lasting key components to reduce operational costs.
Adaptability Expansion: Supports customized configurations (such as hubs, differentials), compatible with new energy electric drive axle technology, meeting the needs of both traditional fuel and electric vehicle models.
