DF1001D-434 | Ordinary Bridge
DF1001D-434 is the core product of Dongfeng Dana D434 series, with technology originating from Japanese Nissan Diesel single-stage reduction axle (first introduced in China), commonly known as EQ153 axle.
The rated load is 10,000kg, and it adopts a press-welded axle shell (cross-section 158×158 or 135×150mm), which is light in deadweight and strong in load-bearing, and the market retains more than 2 million axles.
It is equipped with an air brake (φ410×180/220 dual specifications, 22.5″ rim) as standard, with a maximum torque of 30,000N-m, an adjustable wheelbase of 1,750-1,860mm, and a speed ratio range of 3.07-6.83. It is suitable for 8.0-20 rims and 11.0-20 tires, and can be fitted with an optional maintenance-free wheel unit, with reliability verified for 20 years.
