DF181S | Steering axle
DF181S is the lightweight steering axle of Dongfeng Dana F series, adopting a forged I-beam structure, with a rated load of 1800kg, designed for light commercial vehicles.
The braking system is equipped with an air brake program (φ310×80 brake drum, 16° rim) as standard, and the maximum outer width supports 1810-1848mm flexible adjustment, and the rim mounting distance covers 1503-1525mm fitment range.
The center distance of the main pin is 1354mm, with 5.5F-16 rims and 7.00R16 tires, and the wheel bolts are 5-M18×1.5.
It has a 60+30mm front axle drop and 1-3mm wheel front beam, and the main pin inward tilt angle is 10°/wheel outward tilt angle is 1°, which provides a reliable support for the steering system of light commercial vehicles.
