DF2001TD-440(Dual drive)|Ordinary Bridge
DF2001TD-440 is a heavy truck through-type dual-drive axle independently developed by Dongfeng Dana in 2015-2017, incorporating American Dana high power density technology.
Rated load 10000kg×2, suitable for GVW 11-49 tons heavy trucks.
Adopting 135×150mm press-welded axle housing and integrated main reducer, the transmission efficiency is 0.5~1% higher than that of competitors; the dead weight of the dual axle assembly is reduced by 140kg; the maximum torque is 35,000N-m×2, and the speed ratios are matched flexibly from 4.44-5.57;
It is equipped with a heavy-duty airbrake system as standard (φ410×220 brake, 22.5″ rims), and the center distance of the air chamber is adjustable from 730 to 1246mm with extra wide adjustment.
