DF231S | Steering axle
DF231S is a high-performance steering axle of Dongfeng Dana, which adopts a forged I-beam structure with a rated load of 2300kg, and it supports dual braking program of air brake/oil brake (φ310×120 or φ320×100, 16° rim), which is suitable for different models.
Wheelbase adjustment range 1997-2093mm (industry-leading), rim mounting distance 1598-1750mm, flexible layout; main pin center distance 1385-1552mm to optimize steering performance.
Standard 215/75R17.5 tires and 6.0×17.5 rims (optional 6-M18×1.5 or 6-M20×1.5 bolts), main pin camber angle of 8°/12°, camber angle **0.5°/1°** dual configuration, to meet the stability needs of complex working conditions.
