The Dongfeng DANA Coach Axle DF271S is a high-performance I-beam steering axle based on the F2.7 platform with a rated load of 2700 kg.
It is equipped with a dedicated φ310×100 air brake system and is compatible with 17.5″ wheel rims, supporting the industry’s widest wheelbase adjustment range of 1754-2468mm and an ultra-wide rim mounting distance range of 1500-2120mm for exceptional adaptability;
The kingpin center distance of 1390-1737 mm is precisely controlled to optimize steering stiffness, while a 40° outer wheel steering angle provides top-tier maneuverability; Compatible with 215/75R17.5 wide-base tires and 6.00×17.5 rims, supporting dual bolt specifications of 6-M18×1.5 or 6-M20×1.5; Equipped with an 83+12mm enhanced front axle drop, with air chamber interfaces compatible with three standards: NPT1/4, Z1/4, and M16×1.5.
