The Dongfeng DANA Coach Axle DF302S is a high-performance I-beam steering axle in the F3.0 series with a rated load of 3000kg. It is exclusively equipped with a dual-specification air brake system (φ310×120 and φ310×130 brake drums, suitable for 17.5″ wheel rims).
Core parameters are precisely optimized: wheelbase supports precise tolerance adjustment from 2053.5 to 2209 mm, with flexible layout for rim mounting distances from 1742 to 1904 mm; kingpin center distance ranges from 1444.6 to 1638 mm to enhance steering stiffness, while the 70+35 mm composite front axle drop significantly improves maneuverability on complex terrain.
Compatible with 215/75R17.5 wide-base tires and 6.00×17.5 rims, with an outer wheel steering angle of 41° (the best in the industry), and air chamber interfaces compatible with industry-standard specifications.
