DF302S | Steering axle

DF302S is Dongfeng Dana F3.0 series high-performance steering axle with an I-beam structure and a rated load of 3000kg (next highest in the series).
It is equipped with a double-specification air brake system (φ310×120/130 brake drum, 17.5° rim) as standard, with wheelbase covering a wide range of 2053.5-2209mm, and the rim mounting distance of 1742-1904mm is precisely adapted.
The center distance of the main pin is 1444.6-1638mm to optimize the steering performance, and 70+35mm front axle drop enhances the passability.
Adapted with 6.00×17.5 rims and 215/75R17.5 wide base tires, the steering angle of the outer wheels reaches 41° (the largest in the whole series), and the bolts adopt 8-M20×1.5, which provides excellent stability support for heavy-duty working conditions.

Adopting the integral reducer housing design to increase rigidity and reduce the risk of oil leakage;
The gears adopt the world’s leading high power density design technology, are lighter in weight, have a wide tooth surface design, are more than 10mm wider than competing products, and have lower noise;
Standard forced gear lubrication pump and oil channel inside the main shaft can effectively improve the lubrication of the shaft difference system, reduce shaft difference and cylindrical gear failure, and improve transmission efficiency;
Adopting fluororubber high performance oil seal design, tested according to DANA standards, the seal is more reliable
Optional maintenance-free wheel hub unit meets the matching requirements of high-grade commercial vehicles.
