DF321S | Steering axle

DF321S is the flagship steering axle of the F3.2 series, adopting an I-beam structure and rated load of 3200kg (the highest in the same platform).
It is equipped with an oversized air brake system (φ400×130 brake drum, 17.5″/19.5″ dual rim fitment) as standard, and the wheelbase supports a wide layout of 2180-2285mm, and the rim mounting distance of 1810-1910mm is precisely adjustable.
The main pin center distance of 1638mm optimizes steering rigidity, and with 7.00T-20 rims and 9.00-20-16PR wide-base tires, the outer wheel steering angle reaches 40°.
The air chamber interface is compatible with NPT1/4/Z1/4/M16×1.5 standards, providing top support performance and multi-working condition adaptability for heavy-duty commercial vehicles.

Adopting the integral reducer housing design to increase rigidity and reduce the risk of oil leakage;
The gears adopt the world’s leading high power density design technology, are lighter in weight, have a wide tooth surface design, are more than 10mm wider than competing products, and have lower noise;
Standard forced gear lubrication pump and oil channel inside the main shaft can effectively improve the lubrication of the shaft difference system, reduce shaft difference and cylindrical gear failure, and improve transmission efficiency;
Adopting fluororubber high performance oil seal design, tested according to DANA standards, the seal is more reliable
Optional maintenance-free wheel hub unit meets the matching requirements of high-grade commercial vehicles.
