The Dongfeng DANA Coach Axle DF351S is a high-performance I-beam steering axle based on the F3.5 platform with a rated load of 3500 kg.
It is equipped with a dual air brake system (φ310×130 or φ400×130 brake drums, compatible with 17.5“ and 19.5” dual wheel rims). the wheelbase supports a wide range of adjustments from 2119 to 2290 mm (with a span of 171 mm, leading the industry), and the rim mounting distance can be flexibly adjusted from 1830 to 2000 mm;
the kingpin center distance ranges from 1593 to 1732 mm to enhance steering rigidity, and the 100+21 mm composite front axle drop significantly improves off-road performance; Compatible with 245/70R19.5 wide-base tires and 7.50×19.5 rims, with an outer wheel steering angle of 41°, and 8-M20×1.5 high-strength bolts and φ275 bolts distributed in a circle to ensure stability under heavy loads.
