DF361S | Bus steering axle

The Dongfeng Dana Coach Axle DF361S is a high-performance steering axle based on the F3.6 platform.
It adopts an I-beam structure with a rated load of 3600 kg and is exclusively equipped with a dual-specification air brake system (φ360×130 or φ400×130 brake drums, compatible with 19.5″ wheel rims). Wheelbase support for ultra-wide adjustment from 2220 to 2342 mm (122 mm span, industry-leading), with flexible adaptation for rim installation distances from 1816 to 1975 mm;
Main pin center distance from 1593 to 1732 mm optimizes steering stiffness, with a 100+21 mm composite front axle drop enhancing maneuverability on complex terrain; Compatible with 245/70R19.5 wide-base tires and 7.50×19.5 rims, with an outer wheel steering angle of 40°, and 8-M20×1.5 high-strength bolts ensuring stability under heavy loads. Air chamber interfaces compatible with NPT1/4, Z1/4, and M16×1.5 standards.
