DF4401TD-300H | Ordinary Bridge
DF4401TD-300H is the flagship dual-stage wheel-side reduction drive axle specially developed for the extreme working conditions of heavy commercial vehicles.
The rated load is 22,000kg×2 (double axle linkage), and the maximum torque is 50,000N-m×2; it adopts 160×170mm high-strength casting axle shells, with integrated cast steel support frames at the wheel edges (30% increase in rigidity).
Standardly equipped with through-wheel end lubrication system (effective temperature reduction and gear life extension);
matched with large-capacity quick-change air brake (φ410×220 brake, 22.5″ rim).Suitable for 12.00R20 tires and 8.5V-20 rims, with optional maintenance-free wheel unit, to meet the demanding needs of overload and high-torque transportation in mines.
