DF501S | Steering axle
DF501S is a F5.0 series high-performance I-beam steering axle with a rated load of 5000kg. it is equipped with a dual-specification air brake braking system as standard (φ400×130 or φ400×150 drums, adapted to 22.5° rims).
The wheelbase supports 2173-2521mm ultra-wide adjustment (industry-leading), and the rim mounting distance of 1880-2054mm is flexible; the center distance of the main pin is 1717-1853mm to optimize the steering rigidity.
Adapted with 8.25×22.5 rims and 11.00R22.5 wide-base tires, the steering angle of inner and outer wheels is up to 47° (the highest in the whole table), the bolts adopt 10-M20×1.5, and the air chamber interface is compatible with the NPT1/4/M16×1.5/Z1/4 standards, providing excellent passability and stability for heavy-duty transportation.

Super Load Bearing: Flange-forged I-beam technology with load-bearing capacity covering 5.0 to 8.0 tons, suitable for ultra-heavy-duty scenarios such as ports and mines.
Heavy Load Braking: Standard equipped with large Ø420mm dual-chamber air brakes, with optional ABS and automatic adjusters, resistant to high temperatures and decay.
Structure Reinforcement: Wider wheelbase (1950-2200mm), axle housing made of high-strength alloy steel, increasing torsional resistance by 30%.
Long-term Maintenance: Integrated central lubrication system, upgraded sealing of key components, extending maintenance intervals to 5000km.
