DF601S | Steering axle
DF601S is a F6.0 series high-performance I-beam steering axle with a rated load of 6000kg (the next highest in the series).
It is equipped with a heavy-duty air brake system (φ400×150 special brake drum, 22.5° rim) as standard, and the wheelbase supports 2251-2538mm ultra-wide adjustment (industry-leading span), and the rim mounting distance of 1880-2092mm is flexibly adapted.
Main pin center distance 1713.3-1853.3mm high-precision tolerance control, optimize steering stability; with 8.25×22.5 rims and 11.00R22.5 wide base tires, 85mm front axle drop improves passability.
The steering angle of the outer wheel is 45°, and the bolt distribution circle φ335 meets the demand for high stability and adaptability to the complex working conditions of heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
DF601S Product Features
Super Load Bearing: Flange-forged I-beam technology with load-bearing capacity covering 5.0 to 8.0 tons, suitable for ultra-heavy-duty scenarios such as ports and mines.
Heavy Load Braking: Standard equipped with large Ø420mm dual-chamber air brakes, with optional ABS and automatic adjusters, resistant to high temperatures and decay.
Structure Reinforcement: Wider wheelbase (1950-2200mm), axle housing made of high-strength alloy steel, increasing torsional resistance by 30%.
Long-term Maintenance: Integrated central lubrication system, upgraded sealing of key components, extending maintenance intervals to 5000km.
