DF651S-D | Bus steering axle
DF651S-D is a high-performance I-beam steering axle based on the F6.5-D platform with a rated load of 6500 kg and a standard air brake system (compatible with 22.5″ wheel flanges).
Core advantages include ultra-narrow tolerance wheelbase adjustment of 2,485–2,504 mm (industry-leading 19 mm precision tolerance), flexible layout with a wide range of rim mounting distances from 1,865–2,092 mm; dynamically adjustable kingpin center distance of 1,760–1,870 mm for optimized steering stability, and a 92.3 mm front axle drop for improved maneuverability on complex terrain;
Compatible with 11.00R22.5 heavy-duty tires and 8.25×22.5 rims, with an outer wheel steering angle of 43°, utilizing 10-M22×1.5 high-strength bolts and a φ335 bolt distribution circle for reinforced load-bearing structure.
