DF701S | Steering axle

DF701S is F7.0 series high-performance I-beam steering axle with a rated load of 7000kg (next highest in the series). It is equipped with a dual-specification air brake system (φ400×150 or φ410×180, 22.5° rim) as standard, with wheelbase covering 2045-2645mm, the widest adjustment in the industry (span 600mm), and rim mounting distance of 1967-2468mm for flexible adaptation.
The center distance of the main pin is fixed at 1815mm to strengthen the steering rigidity, and the 105+37mm front axle drop significantly improves the passability.
Adaptable to 8.25×22.5 rims and 275/70R22.5 wide base tires, inner and outer wheel steering angle of 47 °, bolts 10-M22×1.5, to meet the stability of heavy-duty extreme working conditions demand.

DF701S Product Features

Super Load Bearing: Flange-forged I-beam technology with load-bearing capacity covering 5.0 to 8.0 tons, suitable for ultra-heavy-duty scenarios such as ports and mines.
Heavy Load Braking: Standard equipped with large Ø420mm dual-chamber air brakes, with optional ABS and automatic adjusters, resistant to high temperatures and decay.
Structure Reinforcement: Wider wheelbase (1950-2200mm), axle housing made of high-strength alloy steel, increasing torsional resistance by 30%.
Long-term Maintenance: Integrated central lubrication system, upgraded sealing of key components, extending maintenance intervals to 5000km.
