DF801S | Steering axle

DF801S is the flagship I-beam steering axle of F8.0 series, with a rated load of 8000kg (the highest in the series).
It is equipped with a heavy-duty grade air brake system (φ410×180 brake drum, 22.5° rim) as standard, with wheelbase accurately adapted to the narrow layout of 2457-2503mm, and rim mounting distance of 2034-2078mm precision tolerance control.
The center distance of the main pin is fixed at 1817.6mm to optimize the rigid support, 95+37mm front axle drop enhances the passability of complex road surfaces.
Adapted with 9.00×22.5 high-strength rims and 315/80R22.5 wide-base tires (the widest cross-section in the industry), the steering angle of the outer wheels is 45°, and the bolts are distributed with a round φ335 reinforced structure, which is specially designed to provide the top stability for the extreme working conditions of heavy loads.

Heavy Load Braking: Standard equipped with large Ø420mm dual-chamber air brakes, with optional ABS and automatic adjusters, resistant to high temperatures and decay.
Structure Reinforcement: Wider wheelbase (1950-2200mm), axle housing made of high-strength alloy steel, increasing torsional resistance by 30%.
Long-term Maintenance: Integrated central lubrication system, upgraded sealing of key components, extending maintenance intervals to 5000km.
