EP-Axle6/Truck Electric Drive Axle
EP-Axle6 is Dongfeng Dana’s fourth-generation pure electric integrated drive axle, specifically designed for electric logistics vehicles with a GVW of ≤6 tons.
It highly integrates motor, drive shaft and drive axle, releasing chassis space;
rated load is 3500kg, adopts φ120mm casting axle shell, maximum torque is 5700N-m, speed ratio is 16.5; it is suitable for 360/540V voltage platform and 130kW peak power motor, with a system weight reduction of 150kg+, and the comprehensive efficiency is 3% higher than that of the traditional direct-driven one, and it supports energy recovery.
Cab noise ≤ 70dB, bridge assembly warranty 8 years / 500,000 kilometers, the main oil change cycle of 100,000 kilometers, maintenance costs reduced by 35% +.

Low Maintenance Costs: The axle assembly is warrantied for 8 years and 500,000 kilometers, the motor and electronic control are warrantied for 5 years or 200,000 kilometers, and the main reducer oil change interval is 100,000 kilometers, resulting in higher availability and lower maintenance costs.
